What Should I Wear & Bring?We recommend wearing comfortable, quick-drying clothing or swimsuits, as you'll definitely get wet during your adventure! For river tubing: Comfortable, quick-dry clothes or swimsuits Flip-flops or river shoes For trekking: Sturdy trekking shoes or trainers Additional Recommendations: Bring a refillable water bottle to help us reduce plastic waste. Do I Have to Slide Down the Waterfall?The waterfall slide is completely optional. Our experienced team will demonstrate how it works, after which you can decide if you'd like to give it a try. Your comfort and enjoyment are always our top priority!

Can I Bring a Camera?Yes! You're welcome to bring a camera to capture your unforgettable memories. We recommend using a waterproof camera or protecting your device with a waterproof case, as you will definitely get wet. Don't forget to tag us on Instagram—we'd love to see your photos!

How Long and Difficult is the Trekking?Our trek is approximately 4 kilometers round-trip, typically taking about 1 hour 40 minutes to 2 hours to complete, depending on group size, age, gender, and fitness levels. The route follows a scenic small stream through lush jungle paths, leading you to a beautiful waterfall. The hike is considered moderate in difficulty, suitable for most people in good health. Expect uneven terrain and some gentle slopes along the trail. If you have any concerns about your fitness level or suitability for the trek, please feel free to contact us—we’re happy to assist!

How Long is the Drive to the Base Camp?The drive from Chiang Mai to our base camp usually takes about 1.5 hours, but this can vary depending on the number of customer pickups scheduled and the traffic conditions on that day. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic ride—your adventure awaits!

Is There Wildlife on the River?Yes! During your tubing adventure, you may spot various wildlife such as fish, turtles, and birds. Please remember, these are wild animals, so enjoy observing them from a respectful distance without disturbing their natural habitat. You'll also have the wonderful opportunity to see elephants—though these gentle giants are cared for locally and are not wild animals. Enjoy the natural beauty and help us protect it!

Rainy Season: Higher water levels and stronger currents mean life jackets are mandatory for everyone's safety. Our guides will inform you about the current conditions on the day of your adventure.

Are Food and Drinks Allowed on the River?Yes! You're welcome to bring food and drinks on the river, but please do not bring glass bottles or styrofoam containers for safety and environmental reasons. Our friendly staff will also provide cool beverages during your float to ensure you stay refreshed. Remember our golden rule: 🌿 What goes on the river must come off the river! Please help us keep the river clean and beautiful.

Why is the River Brown?The river's color naturally varies with rainfall. Our river flows directly from Huai Nam Dang National Park, and after heavy rain, the water carries sediment from the mountain's sandy soil, giving it a distinctive brown color. It's completely natural—and the water is clean and safe for your tubing adventure!

Do You Need to Be in Shape for This Activity?A moderate level of physical fitness is required for both river tubing and trekking. You should be able to climb two flights of stairs without stopping to rest. If you have any disabilities or physical limitations, please let us know in advance — we’re happy to work with you to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
